I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. Sometimes when I'm talking, my words can't keep up with my thoughts. I wonder why we think faster than we speak. Probably so we can think twice. We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With out thoughts, we make the world. It is impossible to fall out of love. Love is such a powerful emotion. That once it envelops you it does not depart. True love is eternal. if you think that you were once in love, but fell out of it, then it wasn't love you were in. There are no 'exit' signs in love, there is only an 'on' ramp. The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of atittude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. it is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill, it will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot chane the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude, I am convinced that  live is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge or our attitides. Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.
